Kpone Independent Power Plant
4 km of seawater intake and outfall tunnels, pipe jacked at 2.1 m OD. Zero harm across 40 international staff.
Hunua 4 Watermain
Over 20 km of 1,965 mm and 1,575 mm pipeline through residential Auckland. Led three crews to commissioning.
Army Bay Ocean Outfall
Design-and-build outfall with a 2 km Direct Pipe drive — the world's longest at the time.
Waikato Expressway
Ran a 10 km zone: bulk earthworks, drainage, utilities and roading, with 150+ staff at peak.
NorthConnex
Four roadheader crews on the main running tunnels of the $2.4bn motorway.
WA civil & mining projects
Built Perth Metro capability. Oversaw a $34m Main Roads WA project, a $3m TSF raise at Fortnum and a $7.5m NEC4 close-out.
